Herbs

Take a leaf out of Father Sebastian Kneipp's book, and use the things that grow around you.
Many plants have healing properties.

For every ailment that exists, a herb grows that can treat it: Having spent his life studying the healing properties of countless local plants, Father Sebastian Kneipp was a firm believer in the truth of this claim. If you take the right herbs, you will be as cleansed and purified as you are invigorated. Kneipp picked medicinal herbs with punctilious care, and used them to make teas, tinctures and ointments, or added them to baths, shower treatments and wraps. Follow Sebastian’s lead and search for some herbs yourself. Here are some plants growing in this area and their description.
