Situated at 899 metres asl, Unterinn enjoys a mild climate and lush vegetation. Amidst apple meadows and situated on a natural, south-facing terrace, Unterinn is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The St. Luzia church located in the village centre is the oldest church on Ritten, and the small church of Sebastian sits just outside the centre, picturesquely perched on top of a small hill.
