As Kneipp says, the best place to keep fit is out in the fresh air.
“To whom his health is dear and precious,” said Father Sebastian Kneipp, “let him do his utmost to spend his time in pure air.” And to exercise at the same time! But always remember – you can take it at a nice easy pace, as the Kneipp philosophy applies to physical activity as in everything else: Effort and relaxation should always be in balance. And talking of balance: Why not hop on the balance beam and find yours?
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR

And given that FRESH AIR is a key component of Kneipp teachings, let’s do a breathing practice. Stretch upwards, breathe in deeply, hold your breath for two seconds, and breathe out slowly. Repeat several times.
