At the western foot of the sunny plateau, you will find Atzwang nestled against the flank of Ritten at a mere 368 metres asl. The village’s houses, some of which are listed historic homes, hug the border of the Eisack Valley which leads them to be scattered among the valley’s vineyards and close to the Eisack Valley cycle path.
