You can obtain the Guest Pass RittenCard from the RittenCard partner businesses on the Ritten sun plateau when you book your room.
With the digital “Guest Pass RittenCard”, you can use the Ritten cable car from Bolzano/Bozen station and continue on the narrow-gauge railroad to Klobenstein/Klobenstein. Or take bus line 165 from Bolzano to Unterinn, Klobenstein, Lengstein and bus line 167 to Oberinn and Wangen.

How do I get my Guest Pass RittenCard?
The Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard is issued by participating accommodations at check-in or pre-check-in and provided by e-mail.
The email contains the Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard in digital form (as a mobile website or PDF), which can be added to the wallet. Alternatively, the PDF version can be printed out at check-in or already at pre-check-in.
Note: The Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard is not available for purchase!
When is my RittenCard guest pass valid?
The Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard is bound to the period of stay and is valid from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 23:59 on the day of departure.
Can I take my bike with me on public transport?
A day ticket is required to take your bike with you.
Bicycles can only be taken on regional trains and buses with bicycle racks to a limited extent.

Can I take my dog (or other animals) with me on public transport?
A separate ticket is required to take your pet with you and muzzling is compulsory!

Which means of public transport are not included in the Guest Pass RittenCard?
The Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard is not valid for the use of special lines such as Nightliner, long-distance trains (e.g. Railjet, Eurocity, Intercity, Frecciarossa, Italo) and Alpine lines (e.g. Seiser Alm Shuttle 10, 11, 12 and 439, 442, 444 in summer).
How do I validate the Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard?
The Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard must be validated at the start of each journey. It is validated by scanning the QR code at the blue validation machines. For train and cable car rides, validation must take place before boarding. An “OK” on the display and an acoustic signal confirm successful validation.
The Guest Pass RittenCard is valid as a valid ticket on the VVT Regiobus 273 Mals-Pfunds/Kajetansbrücke, 335 Moos i.P.-Obergurgl and on the Postbus Switzerland 811 Mals-Müstair/Grenze.
Do children need their own guest card?
The Südtirol Guest Pass RittenCard is only available to overnight guests aged 6 and over.
If the pass is not available for a child, the accommodation provider will assist in issuing it.
What is the best way to plan my journey by public transport?
You can plan your journey by public transport in South Tyrol via www.suedtirolmobil.info and with the südtirolmobil app. Regional trains can be used as far as Trento.
