THE CHRISTMAS TRAIN IS COMING

PEACEFUL AND AUTHENTIC AMBIENCE AT RENON’S CHRISTMAS MARKET

The atmosphere at the Christmas market on the Ritten, the Rittner Christbahnl, is cosy and almost mystical: snow is falling and Christmas airs resound in the square. Quite different is the Rittner Christbahnl from the noisy revelry of other South Tyrolean Christmas markets! Here, the calm of the pre-Christmas season still reigns.

This small, charming Christmas market with its little train-shaped houses will take place at four different locations: at the station square of Oberbozen, at the station of Klobenstein, in the centre of the village Klobenstein and at the historic Plattnerhof at Wolfsgruben. A magical atmosphere, local specialities and high quality handicrafts awaits you. In addition to this, a rich programme of cultural performances and concerts by singers and musicians makes the market unique. For children there will be ‘fairytale and magic’ afternoons!
